Delete your AI Golfing Coach account

AI Golfing Coach, operated by Grip Intelligence AI Limited, lets you delete your account at any time. Deletion is permanent. You do not need a reason, and you do not need to email us first.

How to delete your account

1. Open the AI Golfing Coach app.
2. Sign in with the same method you used to create the account: Sign in with Apple, Google, or a one-time email code.
3. Open Account (from the Locker).
4. Tap Delete account.
5. Confirm Delete everything.

If you cannot open the app, email support@aigolfingcoach.com from the address on the account. We will delete it. Say you want the AI Golfing Coach account and all associated data removed.

What is deleted

• Your account record (email, name, age, country, language).
• Every swing video and overlay video we stored for you.
• Pose landmarks, scores, Swing DNA, Trends, and coaching state.
• The session on this device.
• Your scoring-improvement rows, if you had opted in. The shared ranges are rebuilt without your numbers.
• The questions, video and reply of any coach review you bought.

This happens straight away in our live systems. It cannot be undone.

What is not deleted by this

• A subscription is billed by Apple or Google, not by this delete button. Cancel it in the App Store or Google Play (Account → Manage subscription in the app), before or after deleting the account. Otherwise the store may keep charging.
• Apple and Google keep their own Sign-In and purchase records. We cannot delete their copies.
• The sale record of a coach review you bought, without its content, because our accounts need it.
• For a limited time only: your encrypted Sign in with Apple token, if Apple cannot be reached at that moment (retried for up to 30 days so Apple can remove the link); web server logs, which are not linked to your account (14 days); and database backups (up to 35 days). We never restore a backup without deleting your account again first, which is why we also keep your account id and the deletion time, and nothing else, for 40 days.
• A separately signed seed-dataset declaration is not an app account. Withdraw that by emailing the contact on that form.

Automatic video deletion (even if you keep the account)

Overlay video is deleted within 12 months of upload. A free account can replay it for 30 days; Pro can replay until that 12-month deletion. Scores and measurements stay until you delete the account. You can also delete one swing at a time from the Locker or Reel.
